Do you deliver in my area? Is there a delivery fee?
*We deliver to most parts of Minnesota, parts of Wisconsin and Iowa.
*There is a delivery fee based upon the distance needed to travel if you are outside of a 25 mile
radius from BB Inflatables LLC.
How do I reserve equipment for my event?
*You can reserve equipment a couple of ways:
1. Call us at 651-235-2258 (Jan) or 651-235-4823 (Jill)
2. Fill out an Information Request Form on our website
3. Email us at Info@bbinflatablesllc.com
Where can the inflatables and casino equipment be setup?
*The inflatables can be setup indoors or outdoors, as long as there is sufficient space available.
Please keep in mind the height of the items when placing them indoors.
Flat, dry surfaces are best for placement of all inflatables.
*Casino tables can be setup indoors or under a tent outdoors.
Table should be setup on flat, dry surfaces.
Please keep in mind that some cities require a permit to host a casino party.
Obtaining a permit is the responsibility of the customer.
Do we need electricity? How much electricity do we need?
*Yes. BB Inflatables LLC will supply 50 feet of extension cord per blower that the rented item
require. Each blower needs a separate 20-amp circuit (a regular household circuit will do).
Your contract will advise how many circuits will be required.
When do you deliver the equipment? When do you pick the equipment up?
*We deliver the equipment approximately 2 hours before the start of your event.
For larger events, we deliver between 2-4 hours before your event begins.
* We will return at the end of your event to teardown the equipment and remove it from the site.
This usually takes between 1/2-3 hours, depending on the amount of equipment present.
*Please DO NOT deflate the equipment as it will need to be cleaned & inspected prior to teardown.
Is your equipment clean?
*Yes! We take pride in knowing that our inflatables are clean and dry each time they go out to an event site.
After each event, the inflatables are blown up, cleaned and vacuumed to remove any dirt, leaves, grass,
water or other items that may have been left behind by the previous renters.
Is BB Inflatables LLC insured?
*BB Inflatables LLC is fully insured and meets all state & federal regulations.
*We can provide a copy of our Certificate of Insurance upon request.
What methods of payment do you accept?
*We currently accept the following methods of payment:
1. Cash
2. Personal Check
3. Company Check
4. Cashier's Check
5. Money Order
**We DO NOT accept Credit Cards at this time**
